Finding the right home for you
Register
The rental market can be extremely competitive and fast-moving, but we can give tenants that register with us an unfair advantage. By registering your requirements we can help you be the first through the door of newly listed homes.
Finding the right home
With a shortage in rental homes being listed each week, coupled with a huge number of tenants waiting, we'll help you find the right property. We can also keep you constantly up-to-date via email and text alerts, even before properties get listed on Rightmove and Zoopla.
Consider a Managed property
An increasing number of tenants insist on renting fully Managed properties for complete peace of mind. Renting a Managed property has the benefit of a dedicated Property Manager to handle your day-to-day issues, a 24-hour helpline with emergency contact details should a problem arise and the assurance that your property is fully compliant with all safety regulations (including Gas Safety, Electrical Safety and Furniture and Furnishings acts).
Viewings
Book your viewing online or in the office. We will accompany you throughout the home so that we are on hand to answer any questions immediately and advise where necessary.
Interested and agreed
If your offer is accepted we will organise the following, regardless of whether your property is Managed:
- Collect references
- Arrange Tenancy Agreement
- Collect your moving in payment (deposit 5 weeks rent) + Monthly rent in advance
- Collect your proof of ID
- Conduct Right to Rent checks
Completion
Upon completion, you will be given your set of keys, and if your property is managed we will provide you with your dedicated Property Manager's contact details. Congratulations, you can now move into your new home!
What About Your Deposit?
Your deposit is safeguarded by a government authorised Tenancy Deposit Scheme. At the end of your tenancy, it is impartially assessed by one of our inventory professionals, with your deposit being refunded according to a fair and strict code of practice.
The Property Management Centre
The property manager allocated to work with you, is your point of contact once you have moved into your new home and will handle all the dealing with yourself and your Landlord, during your tenancy so you don’t have to.
- Deal with any queries or problems you may have, acting on behalf of the Landlord
- Handle all maintenance matters and rent payments
- Keep in regular contact with you to ensure you are happy in your property
- Offer a 24-hour out-of-hours emergency contact, to provide timely assistance with any emergency maintenance matters which may occur.
