Welcome to Timperley

Timperley is a suburban village in the borough of Trafford, Greater Manchester, historically in Cheshire is approximately 6 miles from the city centre and the population is said to be just over 11,000 residents.

We believe that Timperley has the best of both worlds.  Boasting larger family homes than the traditional “northern terraces” with some of the most excellent schools in the North West, coupled with the Manchester Metrolink makes this a huge draw and attraction for young families and the commuter.

Timperley Village has been graced with some notable residents over the years and to name a few the late and much loved Caroline Aherne comedy writer and actress (Mrs Merton, The Royle Family and Fast Show), Ian Brown and john Squire (the founders of the Stone Roses) and in 2013 a statue of the late Chris Sievey comedian and musician (more popularly known as his comic character Frank Sidebottom) was erected in the centre of Timperley Village making him quite a talking point!
